steamed caramel custard pudding (basic measurement)--Cooking A Dream

this recipe is a basic 1 cup measurement. you can double or triple as you need for a bigger portion.

Notes:
* this custard will be firmer and creamier than usual.
* the time of steaming depends on the thickness of the pudding. you may need less time if the pudding is thinner than mine, so check after 20 mins if it is done.
* I like less sweet, so if you like sweeter then add 1tbsp extra sugar.

Ingredients:
for custard:
condensed milk 1/2 cup
milk 1/2 cup
(sugar 1tbsp if you like sweeter taste)
eggs 2
vanilla 1tsp

for caramel:
2 tbsp sugar
